This bronze sculpture is half-life sized. The figures are full bodied and beautifully formed without being in any way classically academic. Eloquent body language and gestures have been consummately achieved. The awareness of a higher spirit is seen in the gaze heavenward of the upper figure. Realism and symbolism have synthesized here.
